Private LessonsIn order to pass any freestyle test, you must perform not only the maneuvers in your test level, but also a program to music. Private lessons can be helpful if you need some extra help passing these tests or if you plan on competing.
Private lessons are available for any student enrolled in group lessons. Lessons may be purchased from the office in the form of coupons, which are presented to your instructor at the time of your lesson. They may be taught during practice sessions or uncrowded public sessions, and this ice time must be purchased separately.
All of the teachers at the Ice Chalet are Associate Members of the Ice Skating Institute (ISI), and continue to further their education by participating in ISI Teaching Seminars and ISI Judges Certification testing. And almost all of them are available for private lessons, so if you're interested, just let them know.
