Directions From I-40: Take exit 383 (Papermill Road). From the West, go straight through the stoplight at the exit onto Northshore Drive, then turn left at the next light onto Kingston Pike. (From the East, turn left onto Papermill, then turn left onto Northshore at the next traffic light, and left again at the next light onto Kingston Pike.) Continue on Kingston Pike for some distance past two shopping centers and then Mayo's Garden Center on the right just before a traffic light. Lebanon Street is on the left past this traffic light -- look for the Ice Chalet sign across from Kingston Plaza and just before The Shops at Western Plaza. The Ice Chalet is located at the bottom of a hill behind a service station; it is the only building there.
From downtown Knoxville: Drive West on Kingston Pike three or four miles. Look for Western Plaza Shopping Center on your right, and turn right onto Lebanon Street just past the service station.
